Would Do. Basic punching and form are in the beginning of Round 1 classes. Then we work into simple combinations that are challenging enough to keep your heart rate up and burning loads of calories. The end of the class is conditioning, abdominals, and a cool down stretch.

After my first class with Coach Green, I remember driving home and thinking "I wish I'd started boxing 20 years ago." You don't even have to be in shape, I know, but you will surprise yourself with what you can do and how good it feels to get rid of some of that negative energy.
